Bay Area Tutorial, Inc is a tutoring service
dedicated to assisting Bay Area county agencies and
private clients with youth academic achievement in
math, science, reading. Established in 2002, BAT,
Inc has worked in partnership with private clients
throughout the Bay Area. In addition, BAT, Inc is
presently working with Children & Family Services
through Contra Costa County Office of Education and
foster care services in Alameda County. BAT, Inc has
been devoted in its efforts to help regular students as
well as at-risk and foster care youth achieve
academic success.
Therefore, our mission is to break the cycle of
academic under achievement, decrease dropout
rates and increase college enrollment.

TUTOR QUALIFICATIONS
- All BAT Inc. in-home tutors possess a
bachelors degree or higher plus tutoring
and/or teaching experience in their field of
expertise.
- All BAT, Inc. in-home tutors have been
properly screened and have passed a
Department of Justice background check.
